Today it’s Yom HaZikaron, the State of Israel’s official remembrance day. It’s among the few times when even our Jewish authors don’t dare to give any attention to it. The consequences that the Israeli State’s actions have had on the Jewish people around the world, it’s difficult to describe in words. Even while acknowledging that Hamas and a part of the Gazan people are responsible for the horrors of October, it doesn’t justify the result that Jewish people across the entire world are currently facing, for which the Israeli State also holds responsibility.
It’s very clear among our Jewish authors that they don’t believe they’re allowed to share their opinions anymore. Unlike the nationalists, Islamists, Zionists, anti-Semites, and other radicals who are heard everywhere, having a nuanced view is unacceptable these days. It doesn’t make sense, but people’s lack of critical thinking is evident these days. You need to have their opinion, or else…
An unspoken reality about the situation is that people don’t even understand the facts of the situation, likely are not even aware of them. If you were to believe the protests around most of the world, it would be a situation between Israel and Palestine, but this is not the case. The horrors in October were committed by Hamas and a part of the Gazan society. This has resulted in many Gazans fleeing and even speaking out against Hamas. They’re mostly left unheard as this doesn’t fit the narrative of the Islamists that have taken control.
The remaining conflict between Israel and Palestine is largely based on Hamas and their Islamist beliefs, spread by the UNRWA. They wish to claim control of Jerusalem due to the texts in the Quran that are incorrectly claimed to be related to the Mosque in the city. The Farthest Mosque can’t be the one in Jerusalem, it doesn’t fit Islamic writing, including the Hadiths. Besides just that, Islamic writing even confirm that Jews were regarded as allies, which only changed due to their rejection of Muhammad’s status as a prophet. A Muslim’s loyalty should be with God, similar to the beliefs of the Jewish people, meaning that God’s judgement comes before all else. And it might be good to take awareness of how Muslims seem to be negatively affected every single time when the Jewish people face hardship….
My greatest sadness is actually seeing the situation in Europe. You can disagree with the actions of the Israeli State without being led by Islamists, as you currently are. The fact that the propaganda here in Iran is more respectful of Jews than it is in Europe, it should say enough. We don’t need to be scared of the Islamist caliphate to be here, as it’s by now clear that Europe is their target. And as it seems, Europeans are open to it.
To be overly clear, maybe consider for a moment that Iran is behind what happened in October and that Iran is also allied with and supplying Russia. I suppose people are missing the point. Do I need to spell it out that it was all to distract from Ukraine? The situation between Israel and Hamas will either end in a stalemate or Israel getting rid of Hamas completely, neither of which is a problem for Iran, as the reason for the Iranian opposition of Israel has more to do with the avoidance of giving back our freedom and letting Persia rise again, than with any true opposition of Israel.
But I suppose we will see Europe remain distracted, wasting money on a war that could be ended quickly if Europe would choose to truly defend Ukraine, while following Islamists in chanting anti-Semitism in support of a people that caused the consequences they’re now facing. It’s clear the world doesn’t make sense regardless.
